SiteReady is operated by Pieter du Toit, a sole proprietor trading as SiteReady. These terms are between you and us. By registering a company you agree to them, the Privacy Policy and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

The service

SiteReady is a web app for planning jobs, load lists, stock and crew sign-off for civil and building work. Job types are aligned with SANS 1200 and SANS 10400 references. SiteReady does not reproduce those standards and is not a certification tool. Quantities are estimates. A competent person must check quantities, methods and hold points.

Trial and plans

A new company gets 30 days free, with no card. The trial starts on the Starter limits: 3 active sites and 5 people. Paid plans are Starter R399, Contractor R799 and Business R1,499 per month. The first 10 paying companies get 30% off for 12 months. Prices are listed on the pricing page. We are not VAT-registered, so we do not charge VAT.

Refunds and cancellation

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time from the Billing page, or by emailing hello@getsiteready.co.za. Cancellation stops future debits, and the account becomes read-only when the cancellation is confirmed. We do not delete your sites, jobs or photos because you cancelled.

Under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, you may cancel within 7 days after your first paid subscription payment, without a reason or a penalty, and receive a full refund of that payment. The full rules, including other refunds, are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Your account

You are responsible for the people you add and for keeping passwords private. Crew, site manager and owner roles do different jobs. Do not upload anything you are not allowed to store. When a payment fails, or a subscription is cancelled, the company becomes read-only. We do not delete your sites, jobs or photos because a payment failed.

Liability

SiteReady is a planning aid. It does not replace a competent person, a contract, or the official standards. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit or for a quantity, method or hold point that was not checked on site. Nothing in these terms limits rights the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 gives you.
